Admins and Managers can clock in or out on behalf of their team members when needed — whether due to technical issues, missed actions, or special circumstances. This ensures accurate time tracking and avoids gaps in work hours.
How to Clock In/Out for a Team Member
Go to the Dashboard in Atto
Access the Team Activity list using either method:
Click the “Team Activity” shortcut at the top of the Dashboard
Scroll down to the “Team Activity” section and click “All Members”
Find the team member whose status you want to update
Based on their current status, choose the action:
If the team member is not clocked in, click “Clock In”
If the team member is already clocked in, click “Clock Out”
| The action will be immediately reflected in the team member’s timecard.
Important Note
When an admin or manager clocks in/out for a team member:
Location data is not recorded
The entry is marked with an “M” icon to indicate that it was added manually
