If you need to deactivate your Atto account, you can do so in just a few steps. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deactivation Steps
Go to Settings
Click on your Account Name (e.g., Company Name)
Select “Delete Account”
Confirm the action by entering your account password
| Only the account owner can deactivate the company account. Once deactivated, all users will lose access immediately.
Important Notes
Data Removal
All data tied to your account — including:
Time entries
Reports
Team member information
will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Irreversible Action
Deactivation is final. Once completed:
You will no longer have access to the account
No data can be restored
