Setting Up Clock In/Out Reminders

With Atto, you can set personalized reminders to clock in and out — helping you stay on track with your time entries and avoid missed logs. Here’s how to configure your reminder preferences.


How to Enable Reminders

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications

  2. Toggle on:

    • Clock In Reminder

    • Clock Out Reminder


Customize Reminder Times

  • Clock In Reminder

    Tap the time field next to Clock In Reminder and select the time you’d like to receive a daily prompt.

  • Clock Out Reminder

    Tap the time field next to Clock Out Reminder and choose your preferred reminder time.


Select Reminder Days

  • Below each reminder, you’ll see a list of weekdays

  • Check the boxes for the specific days you want to receive reminders

    Example: Only want reminders Monday–Friday? Uncheck Saturday and Sunday.


Additional Reminder Options

Atto can also notify you when you’ve been on the clock for extended periods:

  • 12-Hour Reminder – Alerts you when you’ve been clocked in for over 12 hours

  • 24-Hour Reminder – Alerts you after 24 hours on the clock

You can enable one or both, depending on your needs.

• Maintain accurate work logs

• Stay in control of long work sessions
