Managing Conversations

Chat Details

Tap on any conversation to:

  • View shared media

  • Adjust notification settings

  • Rename the chat if needed

Group Chat Controls

  • View all members in the group

  • Manage group settings

  • Add new participants to the chat at any time

Notification Preferences

In Chat Details, you can toggle notifications on or off to match your preference.


Additional Notes

  • Removed Team Members

    If someone is removed from the account, you’ll see a notice in the chat. While you can no longer message them, past conversations remain visible.

  • Expanding Group Chats

    You can add new participants to existing group chats whenever needed.

  • Exiting Group Chats

    You can leave a group chat at any time if it’s no longer relevant to you.

  • Deleting Conversations

    Chats can be fully deleted from your side if you want to clear up space or remove old threads.
