You can transfer ownership of your Atto account to another team member at any time. This ensures account responsibilities are properly handed over while maintaining access for the previous owner.
Before You Begin
Make sure the new owner is already part of your account and has the Admin role. Only Admins are eligible to become account owners.
Steps to Transfer Ownership
Go to Settings
Tap your Account Name
Select “Transfer Ownership” or click “Choose New Owner”
Select the team member you want to assign as the new owner
Tap “Transfer Ownership” to confirm
What Happens Next
The new owner will receive an email with confirmation steps
Once accepted, they will gain full account ownership privileges
The previous owner will remain as an Admin on the account
