How do I Reset my Account’s Password

Whether you’re logged in or have forgotten your password, you can reset it quickly using the steps below.


If You're Logged In

  1. Go to Settings > Profile & Password > Change Password

  2. Enter your current password and create a new one

  3. Follow the prompts to complete the update



If You Forgot Your Password

  1. Open Atto’s login page (on the mobile app or web)

  2. Tap or click “Forgot Password?”

  3. Enter the email address linked to your Atto account

  4. Check your inbox and follow the instructions to reset your password
