Configuring a Fixed Time Zone

If you want to keep all time entries consistent across your team, Atto lets you set a fixed time zone for your account. This ensures that timesheet data is recorded uniformly, no matter where your team members are located.


How to Set a Fixed Time Zone

  1. Go to Settings > Time Options

  2. Enable Fixed Time Zone

  3. Search and select your preferred time zone

  4. Tap Save to apply the change


Why Use a Fixed Time Zone?

  • Keeps all timesheet entries aligned with the same time zone

  • Ensures clarity and consistency across reports and approvals

  • Prevents confusion when team members work from different regions


Flexible to Your Needs

Not every team needs a fixed time zone — Atto also supports automatic time zone syncing based on each user’s device.

You can choose what works best:

  • Fixed Time Zone: Great for centralized teams or unified reporting

  • Automatic Sync: Ideal for mobile teams or staff working across time zones
