Atto is designed to keep your time tracking accurate — even without an internet connection. Whether you’re in a remote location or temporarily offline, Atto’s offline mode ensures that your work doesn’t stop.
What You Can Do While Offline
Atto lets you continue tracking time and activities without interruption. While offline, you can:
Clock in and out to mark your work sessions
Add or switch job codes to categorize time accurately
Start and stop breaks as needed
Add notes or comments to time entries for added context
All of these actions are saved locally on your device until you’re back online.
How to Know You’re Offline
When your device loses internet connection, Atto displays a clear red banner at the top of the app that says:
“No Internet Connection”
This visual cue lets you know you’re working in offline mode and that your changes will sync automatically later.
Automatic Syncing When You’re Back Online
As soon as your device reconnects to the internet, Atto will:
Automatically sync all offline activity
Ensure accurate time records with no additional steps from your side
There’s no need to re-enter anything — your data is preserved and updated in the background.
