You can quickly invite new team members to join your Atto account by sharing a unique invite link. This option eliminates the need to manually enter email addresses and makes team onboarding faster and easier.
How to Share Your Invite Link
Go to Settings > Invite New Members.
On mobile, tap Share your invite link…
On web, click Copy next to your invite link.
Send the link to the team member you want to invite.
| When someone opens the link, they’ll be asked to enter their email address, create their account, and join your team.
Deactivating or Regenerating Your Invite Link
You can disable or generate a new invite link at any time:
To deactivate the current link:
Go to the Invite New Members page and click Deactivate link.
To create a new link:
Click Create an invite link to generate a new one.
| Once deactivated, the old link will no longer allow anyone to join your account.
Things to Keep in Mind
Make sure invitees use a valid email address when creating their account.
Keep your invite link secure — avoid posting it in public forums or websites.
