My subscription has been canceled, can I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your Atto subscription and regain access to your account:
- Log in to your Atto account from a browser at app.attotime.com
- Click on “Reactivate Subscription”
- Select a plan
- If you need to add or remove users, click on “Manage Seats”
- Next, click on “Go to Payment”
- Enter your credit card and billing information
- Click on “Complete Purchase”
Your account will be reactivated automatically and your team will regain access to their accounts.
