My subscription has been canceled, can I reactivate my account?

To reactivate your Atto subscription and regain access to your account:
  • Log in to your Atto account from a browser at app.attotime.com
  • Click on “Reactivate Subscription”
  • Select a plan
  • If you need to add or remove users, click on “Manage Seats”
  • To continue to the next step, click on “Go to Payment”
  • Enter your credit card and billing information
  • Click on “Complete Purchase”
Your account will be reactivated automatically and your team will regain access to their accounts.
