Do not force-quit Atto: Force-quitting occurs when you manually quit the app by swiping it off the screen or when using battery/memory boosting apps.
Disable low power mode: When on low power mode, the device can prevent Atto from running in the background. To disable, go to Settings > Battery > Ensure that Low Power Mode is disabled.

Disable data saver restriction: To disable, open your device's Settings app and look out for phrases like "Data Saver" “Set Mobile Data Limit” or "Restrict Background Data" and ensure those settings are turned OFF for Atto.
Ensure that Atto is exempt from auto-cleanup settings or third party auto-clean apps
Ensure that Atto is allowed to auto-start: Some devices may stop applications from starting. Make sure that Atto is exempt from the list.
