Why isn’t a team member’s location updating in real-time?

Several factors can cause a team member’s location to not update in real time, including:
  • User does not have an active connection, either WiFi or Cellular
  • User has logged out of their Atto account while on the clock
  • They're stationary within a job site or specific location
  • Location permissions are disabled in their device
  • Device is on airplane mode
  • Device is running critically low on battery
  • Device has run out of power or is turned OFF
  • Device is too hot or too cold
