Why isn’t a team member’s location updating in real-time?
Several factors can cause a team member’s location to not update in real time, including:
- User does not have an active connection, either WiFi or 3G/4G
- User has logged out of their Atto account while on the clock.
- Location permissions are disabled in their device
- Device is on airplane mode
- Device is running critically low on battery
- Device has run out of power or is turned OFF
- Device is too hot or too cold
