Can I transfer account ownership to another user?
To transfer account ownership to another user, first ensure the new account owner is part of the account and has an Admin role.
To start the account ownership transfer process:
- Go to Settings
- Tap on your Account’s Name
- Tap “Transfer Ownership” or click on "Choose New Owner"
- Select the new account owner from the list
- Tap “Transfer Ownership”
The new account owner will receive an email from Atto with instructions on how to confirm the new account owner role. The previous account owner will be listed as an Admin.
