Can I view the timesheet report for a removed team member?

Even after removing a team member from your Atto account, their hours will still be saved in the Atto web dashboard as a part of the Archived Members filter. 

To access and download the timesheet report for a team member you've removed, follow these steps:
  1. On a desktop device, go to https://app.attotime.com and log in
  2. Go to Timesheets
  3. In the left menu, click on All Members
  4. Select Archived Members from the dropdown
  5. Select the employee from the list
  6. Set the time period you need the report for 
  7. Click on Download in the Timesheets section

Your report will start generating shortly and you’ll be prompted to save the “.zip” file containing the PDF and CSV report to your computer.
