How do I reset my account’s password?

If you are logged in to your account, you can reset your password by going to Settings > Change Password. 

If you forgot your account’s password and cannot log in:
  1. Open Atto’s login page in the mobile or web app 
  2. Tap on “Forgot Password?”
  3. Enter your account’s email address
  4. Follow the instructions you receive via email
