Can an admin add notes?
Admins can add notes to other member's time entries through the Timesheets page, after the member has already clocked out.
To add a note as an admin to another member's entry:
- Go to Timesheets
- Select the member you want to add a note to
- Select the day and time entry you need to add the note to
- Click on "Add Note" in the Admin Notes section
- Add any info you need to the time entry and click on "Add Note" to confirm
You can also add notes while adding a new time entry or editing an existing one. Simply fill in the Notes section of the time entry you wish to add a note to and click on "Save."
