Can an admin add notes?

Admins can add notes to other member's time entries through the Timesheets page, after the member has already clocked out.

To add a note as an admin to another member's entry:
  1. Go to Timesheets
  2. Select the member you want to add a note to
  3. Select the day and time entry you need to add the note to
  4. Click on "Add Note" in the Admin Notes section
  5. Add any info you need to the time entry and click on "Add Note" to confirm

You can also add notes while adding a new time entry or editing an existing one. Simply fill in the Notes section of the time entry you wish to add a note to and click on "Save."
